Buscamos um(a) Programador(a) Sênior com sólida experiência em Ruby on Rails e .NET, para atuar na customização, evolução e integração do Chatwoot (versões mais recentes), com forte ênfase em automação, escalabilidade e uso de agentes de programação assistida por IA.

Esse profissional será responsável por desenvolver soluções robustas, seguras e performáticas, integrando sistemas legados e modernos, além de liderar decisões técnicas e boas práticas de engenharia de software.

Principais Responsabilidades

Customizar e evoluir o Chatwoot (backend e frontend) conforme necessidades do negócio

Desenvolver integrações entre Chatwoot, APIs externas e sistemas .NET

Criar e manter APIs REST/GraphQL

Trabalhar com arquitetura escalável, observabilidade e performance

Automatizar fluxos de atendimento, bots e regras inteligentes

Utilizar IA generativa para apoio ao desenvolvimento, automação e suporte
