Analista de Marketing – Branding B2B | Yázigi
Missão do cargo
Apoiar a construção e a consistência da marca Yázigi junto aos públicos B2B (escolas regulares, redes/grupos educacionais, empresas e parceiros), elevando awareness, consideração e confiança da marca por meio da execução do plano de branding e comunicação.
Reporta a: Coordenador de Branding e Comunicação.
Principais responsabilidades
• Executar o calendário de branding B2B (Yázigi for Schools e soluções corporativas), desdobrando conteúdos e entregáveis conforme guia de marca.
• Produzir, adaptar e revisar apresentações, one-pagers, cases, FAQs, infográficos e roteiros para prospecção e relacionamento com decisores.
• Redigir e publicar conteúdos institucionais para LinkedIn, site/landing pages e e-mail, assegurando tom e identidade alinhados ao Brand Book.
• Operacionalizar ativações de awareness/consideração e mid-funnel em coordenação com Performance e Vendas.
• Organizar e manter o Brand Center/DAM (nomenclatura, controle de versões de KVs, logos, manuais e templates).
• Apoiar eventos, feiras e webinars B2B (listas, convites, inscrições, briefing, materiais, ativações e follow-up pós-evento).
• Atender e acompanhar demandas de sales enablement (decks comerciais, matriz de objeções, scripts, biblioteca de assets), controlando prazos com fornecedores/agências.
• Monitorar e reportar indicadores de alcance, engajamento, tráfego qualificado, downloads de materiais, leads influenciados e uso de assets pelo time comercial.
• Auxiliar rotinas administrativas e de orçamento (cotações, POs, controle de budget) e garantir conformidade com diretrizes de marca e LGPD.
Requisitos e competências
• Experiência de 2–4 anos em marketing B2B e/ou branding/comunicação, com entregáveis práticos (conteúdo, apresentações, eventos, automação básica).
• Escrita e storytelling voltados a decisores (clareza, objetividade, narrativa de valor e provas sociais).
• Organização, gestão de prioridades e atenção a detalhes; colaboração com múltiplos stakeholders internos/externos.
• Graduação em Marketing, Administração, Publicidade ou áreas correlatas (experiência equivalente considerada).
• Inglês; espanhol é diferencial.

Marketing Analyst – B2B Branding | Yázigi
Role Mission
Support the building and consistency of the Yázigi brand with B2B audiences (regular schools, educational groups/networks, companies, and partners), increasing brand awareness, consideration, and trust through the execution of the branding and communications plan.
Reports to: Branding & Communications Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute the B2B branding calendar (Yázigi for Schools and corporate solutions), breaking down content and deliverables according to the brand guidelines.
• Produce, adapt, and review presentations, one-pagers, case studies, FAQs, infographics, and scripts for prospecting and relationship-building with decision-makers.
• Write and publish institutional content for LinkedIn, website/landing pages, and email, ensuring tone and identity aligned with the Brand Book.
• Operationalize awareness/consideration and mid-funnel activations in coordination with Performance and Sales.
• Organize and maintain the Brand Center/DAM (naming, version control for KVs, logos, manuals, and templates).
• Support B2B events, fairs, and webinars (lists, invitations, registrations, briefing, materials, activations, and post-event follow-up).
• Handle and track sales enablement requests (sales decks, objection-handling matrix, scripts, asset library), managing deadlines with vendors/agencies.
• Monitor and report metrics on reach, engagement, qualified traffic, asset downloads, influenced leads, and asset usage by the sales team.
• Assist administrative and budget routines (quotes, POs, budget control) and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and LGPD.
Requirements & Skills
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing and/or branding/communications, with practical deliverables (content, presentations, events, basic automation).
• Writing and storytelling aimed at decision-makers (clarity, objectivity, value narrative, and social proof).
• Organization, priority management, and attention to detail; collaboration with multiple internal/external stakeholders.
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related fields (equivalent experience considered).
• English; Spanish is a plus.
