The RoleWe're looking for a Regulatory Reporting Analyst who is excited to take ownership of our reporting processes and become a key link between DolarApp, regulators, and banking partners. This is a hands-on role where accuracy, collaboration, and initiative matter.
Your mission: ensure that our regulatory reports are delivered on time, error-free, and in full compliance with both local and international requirements. You'll be the go-to person for gathering, validating, and submitting data, while also improving how we do reporting in a fast-moving fintech environment.
What You'll Do

Regulatory Reporting: Based on legal requirements prepared by the Compliance/Legal team, prepare, validate, and deliver required regulatory reports accurately and on time in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico and Gibraltar, ensuring alignment with applicable international and local supervisory requirements.

Data Analysis/Quality Control: Gather and analyze data from Metabase, creating reports in csv, xml and formats requested by regulators or other authorities.

Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with compliance, risk, finance, operations, and product teams to collect inputs, verify information, and ensure reporting accuracy.

Audit/Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of reporting methodologies, assumptions, and controls to support regulatory reviews and audits.

Regulatory Engagement: Support timely responses to regulator requests for information, data inquiries, and follow-up questions, ensuring clarity and transparency.

Process Optimization: Review, enhance, and automate reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Risk/Compliance Support: Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to identify data gaps, strengthen controls, and align reporting practices with both internal policies and external requirements.

Fluent in English (required) and Spanish or Portuguese (essential for LATAM regulators and teams).

Strong SQL/data analysis skills - comfortable querying, cleaning, and reconciling large datasets.

Experienced in regulatory reporting or financial reporting within fintech, banking, or payments.

Familiar with audit/risk management, able to provide clear documentation during reviews.

Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive - you thrive in fast-paced environments and take ownership of results.
