Regional Sales Manager South

A Big Dutchman busca um Gerente de Vendas para atuar na Região Sul (PR, SC, RS), responsável por desenvolver o mercado da Divisão Egg, ampliar a carteira de clientes e conduzir vendas consultivas de aviários, sistemas cage‑free, automação, alimentação, coleta de ovos e soluções turnkey.

Responsabilidades

• Expandir vendas e market share na região Sul
• Prospecção ativa em granjas, cooperativas e integradoras
• Conduzir vendas técnicas/consultivas de soluções completas
• Gerenciar pipeline, previsões e indicadores comerciais
• Atuar com equipes de projetos e pós‑venda em propostas turnkey
• Monitorar mercado, tendências e concorrência
• Participar de feiras e eventos do setor

Requisitos

• Formação em Agronegócio, Veterinária, Zootecnia, Administração ou correlatas
• Experiência em vendas no agro, preferencialmente avicultura de postura
• Conhecimento de manejo e sistemas para poedeiras (cage‑free desejável)
• Vendas consultivas e negociação complexa
• Disponibilidade para viagens na região Sul
• CRM e ferramentas digitais (BFN Fusion é diferencial)
