Welcome to Crunchequation, a managed service partner for international brand across digital entertainment, technology and iGaming. For us, design is more than aesthetics - it's a strategy, impact and differentiation. We're hiring a Designer with a creative, problem-solving mindset who can turn ideas into memorable visual solutions that move the brand and the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create Multi-Channel Assets: Social post, newsletters, paid media creatives, website visuals, e-books and brand materials.
  • Turn Strategy Into Visuals: Translate briefs and concepts into clear, original and impactful designs aligned to objectives.
  • Adapt for formats & Platforms: Version assets for multiple sizes/channels while maintaining consistency and performance.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionality: Partner with Marketing, Social, Content, Video and UXUI to ensure integrated delivery and quality.
  • Build brand identities: Contribute to visual systems for new brands - logo, color palette, typography, iconography and key visuals.
  • Motion (nice-to-have): Produce light motion graphics, micro-animations or visual assets for reels and video when needed.
  • Contribute ideas: Join brainstorms, track trends and propose relevant, effective visual solutions.

Requisitos

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma and After Effects (as a plus)
  • Strong grasp of composition, visual hierarchy, color and typography.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with excellent attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Growth mindset: eager to lear, iterate and collaborate in a fast-moving team.
  • Interest in branding, digital marketing, visual culture, social media and digital entertainment.
  • Creative, self-driven and excited to push for differentiated work
  • Portfolio required (showcasing brand systems and multi-channel campaign work)
  • Experience in entertainment /tech or iGaming (plus).
  • English proficiency for team collaboration.
