Our product is a vertical AI agent for international education/studying abroad. AI will centralise all the insights students need, provide 24/7 support on basic queries, and eliminate boring paperwork. Meanwhile expert counselors step in to provide support where it matters most.

Mission

Automate the $100B student mobility market and assist in the financial relationship for 2M+ international students annually.

What you'll do

Hiring & Community

  • Build our hiring network within your university and others to help source top candidates for roles like TikTok creators and student ambassadors
  • Find warm introductions fast — through referrals, clubs, or events
  • Source and post roles on university job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups within 24 hours of assignment
  • Run student interviews to gather product insights that shape our roadmap

Content Intelligence

  • Develop sharp content sense for viral, Gen Z–native content on TikTok and social media platforms
  • Track trends, formats, and cultural moments to inform content direction
  • Turn insights into actionable creative briefs and simple playbooks for our team

Growth & Partnerships

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute growth campaigns and initiatives
  • Analyze user data and engagement metrics to identify new opportunities
  • Support the development of marketing collateral and materials for outreach
  • Assist in organizing events and programs to engage and grow our student base
  • Actively engage with users and partners to gather feedback and insights for product and marketing improvements

This role is for you if

  • You're currently a university student at a top school in Brazil
  • You're naturally outgoing and know how to get things done through your network
  • You've led a student organization or club, or organized events where you managed people
  • You work fast, stay organised, and solve problems without waiting for instructions
  • Please include any proof of work in your resume

Bonus points if

  • You have connections in student communities across Brazil or at international universities
  • You've worked in content creation, recruiting, or event management before
  • Caution — it's not for everyone
  • We move fast — do in a day what usually takes weeks
  • Remote or hybrid setup, but expect high responsiveness
  • You'll be working directly with the CEO — expect intensity and high expectations
