Instrutor de Treinamento Ministrar treinamentos técnicos e comportamentais, conduzir atividades teóricas e práticas conforme projeto estabelecido. Atuar na transmissão do conteúdo teórico e prático do programa de treinamento. Vaga destinada na formação de atendentes de call center om atuação nas áreas de telefonia.
Principais Atividades

• Aplicação de treinamento presenciais e virtuais;
• Controle de presenças e relatórios;
• Cuidar dos recursos disponibilizados pela empresa e contratante;
• Garantir o entendimento dos conteúdos propostos, e reportar ao gestor pontos positivos e melhorias identificadas em sua atuação
