Cargo: Desenvolvedor Low-Code e Automação com IA (N8N)

Descrição Geral

Buscamos um profissional especializado em automação para criar aplicações, integrações e fluxos automatizados utilizando N8N, Make e similares, integrados a modelos de linguagem (LLMs) e sistemas de IA. Sua principal responsabilidade será desenvolver soluções low-code que conectem ferramentas de IA a sistemas de CRM, marketing, atendimento ao cliente e prospecção, garantindo eficiência operacional e escalabilidade.

Responsabilidades

  • Projetar, desenvolver e manter workflows automatizados nas plataformas N8N, Make e similares para diversas aplicações (ex: geração de conteúdo, atendimento via chatbot, prospecção ativa).

  • Criar integrações entre LLMs (ex: ChatGPT, Claude, LLaMA e outras) e sistemas como CRM, automação de marketing e plataformas omnichannel (ex: Chatwoot, Chaskiq, RD Station, HubSpot).

  • Desenvolver soluções low-code para otimizar processos internos e externos, com foco em escalabilidade e redução de esforço manual.

  • Implementar automações para:

  • Geração de conteúdos e imagens via IA.

  • Atendimento ao cliente via chatbots com NLP.
  • Prospecção ativa (texto e voz) e personalização de interações.
  • Trabalhar com APIs REST, **Webhooks e bancos de dados para conectar sistemas heterogêneos.
  • Integrar ferramentas de IA a processos de negócio, incluindo processamento de linguagem natural (NLP) e geração de insights.
  • Desenvolver prompts eficientes para otimizar a performance de LLMs.
  • Testar, monitorar e otimizar fluxos para garantir desempenho, segurança e confiabilidade.
  • Documentar processos e integrações de forma clara, garantindo rastreabilidade e manutenção ágil.

Requisitos

  • Experiência comprovada com N8N e Make para automações complexas.

  • Conhecimento técnico em integração de APIs, manipulação de JSON/XML e uso de Webhooks.

  • Vivência com modelos generativos de IA (ex: ChatGPT, Claude, LLaMA e outros) em projetos práticos.

  • Experiência em automação de processos comerciais (marketing, vendas, atendimento).

  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, RDStation) e plataformas omnichannel como ZENVIA e ZENDESK.

  • Habilidade para trabalhar com dados estruturados e não estruturados em automações.

  • Capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas técnicos/operacionais.

Diferenciais

  • Conhecimento em RPA (ex: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Playwright).

  • Experiência com automação de marketing em RD Station, ActiveCampaign ou similares.

  • Vivência em integração de chatbots com NLP.

  • Conhecimento em Python ou JavaScript para scripts customizados em automações.

  • Certificações em N8N, Make ou ferramentas relacionadas.

  • Conhecimento em outras plataformas low-code/no-code (ex: Zapier, Power Automate) será um diferencial.
