Position Overview
We are looking for an E-Commerce Brand Growth Manager to lead brand relationships and drive sales growth on Amazon. This is a remote role based in Serbia, meaning you can work from anywhere, but you must reside in Serbia due to internal collaboration, payroll, and time-zone alignment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and confident in client-facing communication. You will analyze opportunities, optimize listings, and coordinate cross-functional execution to increase sales and profitability. The role does not start with direct team management but has a clear path to leadership as the brand portfolio grows.
- Develop and execute growth strategies for existing and new products on Amazon (including single-item launches and multi-pack opportunities).
- Lead regular performance calls with brand leadership and present insights, competitor analysis, and growth opportunities.
- Optimize listings for organic performance using SEO tools (e.g., Data Dive), flat files, variations, A+ content updates, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with marketing/creative teams to improve images, copy, and content assets based on marketplace best practices.
- Collaborate with internal operations and advertising partners to ensure PPC investment aligns with optimized organic foundations.
- Monitor brand dashboards, forecast needs, and support profitable decision-making with finance/operations.
- Identify creative ways to add value for brands (new opportunities, new SKU variations, untapped keywords, bundling concepts, etc.).
- 3+ years of experience in Amazon e-commerce, including listing optimization, SEO, and catalog/content management (USA marketplace experience required).
- Experience with Data Dive, Amazon Seller Central, flat files, and analytics tools.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing conversations.
- Ability to translate insights and data into clear action plans.
- Creative problem-solver with examples of identifying and implementing growth opportunities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of deliverables.
First 90 days
- Audit current brands and listings, identify immediate wins, optimize priority ASINs, and lead regular growth discussions with each brand.
Long term
- Drive consistent annual sales increases across assigned brands through strategic improvements and disciplined execution.
- Play a key role in scaling the account management function within Bamboo as the portfolio expands.
