As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a
Full Stack Developer specialized in process automation (RPA)
to join our team in São Paulo (Hybrid model). This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in Treasury or Back Office functions within financial institutions, and a solid background in end-to-end automation initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions using RPA tools
  • Analyze existing Treasury and Back Office processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
  • Develop, test, and deploy robust RPA workflows, ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial operations
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, IT, and product teams to gather requirements, document workflows, and ensure that automated solutions align with accounting rules, financial product structures, and reconciliation procedures.
  • Ensure scalability, maintainability, and continuous improvement
  • Monitor automation performance and proactively identify areas for optimization. Maintain documentation, implement version control, and contribute to broader digital transformation initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven experience in process automation using RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)
  • Solid understanding of process automation principles in financial environments
  • Technical proficiency in RPA platforms: development, deployment, and maintenance
  • Solid experience with Treasury and Back Office operations in financial institutions
  • Strong understanding of accounting, transactional reconciliations, and financial product frameworks
  • Full stack development skills with Spring Boot, Java, Angular, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
  • Experience with unit testing tools (JUnit, Mockito) and version control practices
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to propose effective automation strategies
  • Advanced English or Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business and IT teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience in developing new Treasury products or automating financial instruments
  • Market certifications such as CFA or other relevant credentials
  • Familiarity with reactive frameworks (WebFlux), WebComponents, or reactive sockets
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA)
  • Spanish proficiency (B1+) is a plus

Academic Background

Degree in Information Technology, Process Engineering, or related fields.
