At Qaracter, we're looking for a Product Owner – Derivatives Project to join a stable, long-term project in the financial sector.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience as a Product Owner or project lead in financial environments
  • Strong knowledge of derivatives products and accrual calculations
  • Solid understanding of banking and financial processes
  • Leadership skills, proactivity, and strategic vision
  • Fluency in Portuguese and intermediate Spanish
  • Availability for hybrid work in São Paulo

Nice to have:

  • Experience implementing complex financial systems
  • Background in high-complexity environments integrating business and technology teams

What we offer (CLT):

  • Meal allowance (VA): R$ 529.75/month (Flash)
