Customer Success Specialist Consultant – Latin America

Assessoramos Cliente na busca de um consultor independente para fornecer treinamento técnico (pré e pós-venda) e serviços de consultoria de produtos para as soluções de informação científica da empresa na América Latina.
- Preparar e ministrar materiais instrucionais para eventos de treinamento técnico, reuniões de usuários e conferências.
- Realizar sessões presenciais e virtuais para educar os clientes sobre as soluções e as melhores práticas.
- Desenvolver conteúdo educacional personalizado, adaptado aos fluxos de trabalho e às necessidades dos clientes.
- Fornecer consultoria de produto para ajudar os clientes a maximizar a adoção e o valor.
- Colaborar com as demais equipes da matriz, conforme necessário, para alinhar o treinamento aos objetivos estratégicos.
- Oferecer insights sobre recursos baseados em IA e funcionalidades inovadoras dentro das soluções da empresa.
- Facilitar a integração e o aprendizado contínuo para usuários.
- Coletar feedback e comunicar insights acionáveis à matriz para aprimoramento do produto.
- Apoiar iniciativas que promovam o sucesso do cliente e a otimização da solução.
- Apresentar palestras em workshops, seminários e eventos do setor.
- Representar a empresa em conferências e feiras comerciais, conforme acordado no contrato.
Experiência Necessária:
- Experiência consolidada em design e ministração de programas de treinamento técnico, Customer Success ou consultoria de produtos.
- Forte capacidade de simplificar e comunicar conceitos científicos complexos.
- Familiaridade com plataformas de informação científica.
- Experiência comprovada em ferramentas de treinamento virtual (Teams, Zoom, WebEx) e sistemas CRM (Salesforce/LEX).
- Doutorado em Química, Química Farmacêutica, Química Medicinal ou área relacionada (preferencialmente com foco em descoberta de fármacos ou desenvolvimento farmacêutico).
- Fluência em inglês; conhecimento de espanhol é um diferencial.
- Domínio do Pacote Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
O profissional ficará baseado no Brasil; com viagens regionais dentro do País e pela América Latina.
