Job Description Summary
Responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Focused on execution of standard enabling activities/provision of advice subject to policy and work routines within an enabling discipline. There may be some latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing situations.

Job Description
Responsabilidades Essenciais:
Gestão e Controle De Receita/margem

  • Responsável por todas as questões financeiras do projeto após a fase de venda, desde a data de assinatura do contrato (ou aceite do pedido de compra) até o encerramento do projeto/comissionamento.
  • Ter pleno conhecimento de todas as movimentações financeiras relativas à receita, margem e caixa. Garantir que essas informações sejam consistentes, aprovadas e conciliadas regularmente nos sistemas ERP.
  • Garantir uma visão global das finanças consolidadas da carteira de projetos, compreendendo as movimentações e registrando-as com justificativas.
  • Definir, em conjunto com o time operacional, o plano de reconhecimento de receita com base na política de reconhecimento de receita (ASC606) e nos dados de custo fornecidos pelas áreas relacionadas, consolidar, validar e acompanhar o plano para garantir o reconhecimento consistente da receita consolidada.
  • Garantir uma cobertura cambial precisa ao longo da vida do projeto através das revisões de taxa.
  • Verificar, controlar e monitorar as movimentações nos custos reais e comprometidos, solicitando correções quando necessário.
  • Fornecer todo o suporte necessário aos gestores de projetos em questões financeiras.
  • Desenvolver relacionamentos sólidos e fluxos de comunicação contínuos com todos os gestores de projeto para garantir que as premissas de trabalho sejam compartilhadas, consistentes e reportadas em tempo hábil.
  • Garantir a aplicação das políticas tais como ASC606, CMR (contract margin review) e assegurar o processo com documentos registrados a fim de suportar auditorias.
  • Garantir que todos os processos, instruções e controles financeiros, incluindo DoA (delegação de autoridade), sejam implementados, robustos e estejam em conformidade.
  • Executar o fechamento contábil respeitando o calendário oficial da controladoria/Headquarter.

Qualificações Requeridas

  • Formação superior completa;
  • Inglês avançado;
  • Experiência na área financeira, especialmente com foco em custos de projetos ou controladoria
  • Fortes habilidades de comunicação oral e escrita. Fortes habilidades interpessoais e de liderança de processos. Habilidade analítica e organizacional.
  • Bons conhecimentos do pacote office
