Funções que serão desempenhadas:

  • Liderar o design, desenvolvimento e operação de aplicações de alta escala, com foco no backend e arquitetura de microsserviços.
  • Atuar como mentor técnico, orientando e capacitando a equipe para aplicar as melhores práticas de desenvolvimento, testes e implantação;
  • Definir e aplicar padrões de arquitetura de software, garantindo a escalabilidade, resiliência e manutenibilidade dos sistemas;
  • Impulsionar a adoção de práticas modernas de engenharia (computação serverless, arquitetura de microsserviços, CI/CD, infraestrutura como código, etc.);
  • Colaborar ativamente com equipes multifuncionais para definir o roteiro tecnológico e traduzir requisitos de negócio em soluções técnicas viáveis;
  • Otimizar o desempenho de aplicações, identificar gargalos e implementar soluções de profiling e tuning;
  • Realizar análise de causa-raiz de problemas complexos e liderar a resolução de incidentes críticos em ambientes de produção;
  • Liderar projetos técnicos, gerenciando prioridades, prazos e entregas em um ambiente ágil e globalmente distribuído;
  • Garantir a qualidade do código através de code reviews, automação de testes e promoção de padrões de excelência.

Requisitos necessários:

  • Ensino superior completo em cursos de tecnologia;
  • Inglês intermediário/avançado (diferencial);
  • Familiaridade em linguagem de programação front ent (diferencial);
  • Experiência em engenharia de software (back end), com foco em desenvolvimento de sistemas de alta performance;
  • Experiência em projetos de grande escala escrevendo, depurando e solucionando problemas em Java e SpringBoot;
  • Experiência com tecnologias de Nuvem: GCP, AWS ou Azure;
  • Experiência na arquitetura e desenvolvimento de soluções cloud-native e microsserviços;
  • Habilidade para liderar e guiar tecnicamente equipes de desenvolvimento;
  • Amplo conhecimento em banco de dados SQL e NoSQL (ex: PostgreSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB);
  • Experiência com bancos de dados de Big Data (ex: BigQuery, Bigtable) e soluções de processamento de dados (Dataflow/Apache Beam);
  • Profundo conhecimento em padrões de design de software e arquitetura (ex: CQRS, Saga Pattern).

ATENÇÃO

Para essa vaga, o modelo de trabalho é híbrido, sendo presencial três vezes por semana em nosso escritório em Barueri/SP - por isso, o profissional precisa residir em São Paulo ou região de fácil deslocamento.
