Estamos à procura de um Assistente de Ofertas e Contratos para se juntar à nossa equipe. Com sede em Sorocaba, Brasil, você será responsável pela administração de ofertas e contratos/pedidos para a Unidade de Negócios de Comércio e Instaladores.

Funções e Responsabilidades

  • Controle de ofertas, propostas de vendas, contratos e pedidos realizando análises técnicas e funcionais, apoiando a área no desenvolvimento de atividades regulares.
  • Participar de análises e outros estudos relacionados aos aspectos administrativos, econômicos e técnicos das propostas de vendas, coletando dados como prazos de entrega, prazos financeiros e especificações técnicas.
  • Identificar no portfólio da Prysmian produtos que atendem às especificações técnicas dos clientes, entendendo se são as melhores escolhas em termos de custo benefício para o cliente e para o negócio.
  • Organizar reuniões com as áreas de logística, fábrica, fiscal, financeiro, vendas e outras para atender as ofertas e prazos de pedidos dos clientes, sempre alinhando com os requisitos do negócio.
  • Atuação em projetos de melhorias para gestão de ofertas, contratos e pedidos, para simplificar procedimentos, processos e rotinas diárias, trazendo mais agilidade ao negócio.

Quem estamos procurando?
Estamos à procura de um candidato com as seguintes competências e motivações:

  • Experiência em Customer Service / Customer Success, trabalhando com ofertas, pedidos, propostas de vendas, backlog, relatórios e reclamações.
  • Habilidades analíticas e interpessoais.
  • Capacidade de cumprir prazos apertados e priorizar cargas de trabalho, bem como desenvolver novas ideias e soluções criativas.
  • Bacharel em Administração.
  • Conhecimento de SAP e conhecimento avançado de trabalho do MS Office (especialmente MS Excel).
