The opportunity to manage the entire sales cycle, from retaining existing customer investment and identifying new expansion opportunities to executing upsell and cross-sell strategies. Present Remote's suite of services to our existing Scale customers, creating pathways for upselling solutions and ensuring the completion of the business cycle. This position is an opportunity to own and nurture customer relationships.
As a key player of the Expansion organisation, you will take charge of customer relationships including retention/usage initiatives, and cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring the success of our customers in every aspect. This role offers a multifaceted experience, allowing you to make a lasting impact on customer satisfaction and business growth.
What you bring:- Experience in retaining and growing existing accounts, driving net new expansion bookings as well as upselling/cross selling opportunities within Remote's smaller customer accounts
- Success in building key customer relationships across different levels of personas, to then promote our product portfolio for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Ability to create and execute sales motion and tactics to consistently grow revenue per account. Confidently develop pipeline, forecast outcomes and provide accurate reporting data
- Good knowledge of sales processes, including utilising Salesforce and Outreach (or a similar sequencing tool), amongst other tools, to manage your Book of Business at Scale
- Ability to articulate Remote's unique value proposition through both written and verbal communication
- 1+ years of Account Executive/Account Management closing experience preferable, or related SaaS sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Business fluency in English is essential
- Highly self-motivated with ambitions to be in a closing role
- Self-directed and able to work independently and as an active member of the team
- Resilience and perseverance with a positive attitude, and able to perform under pressure
- Strong business acumen, and a high level of integrity and work ethic
- Efficient in multitasking, prioritisation, and time management
- Meet and exceed sales quota based on role level and manage the entire sales cycle for a book of business
- Identify new expansion, upsell and cross-sell business opportunities and push through the sales motion and cycle
- Presentations/Demonstrations to existing customers on Remote's suite of services and create opportunities from existing customers to upsell solutions.
- Work with other cross-functional teams to ensure customer success, including Support and Customer Success Teams

The On-Target Earnings for this position is between $47,750 - $134,350. The base salary is 50% Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
