Our client is a leading Chinese automobile manufacturer committed to global market expansion and innovation. With advanced technology, excellent product quality and mature sales network, we are accelerating the layout of the Latin American market. We are now looking for an experienced national sales manager to be fully responsible for business development and management in Brazil and surrounding markets to promote the growth of brand market share.
Responsibilities:
Market Strategy and Sales Targets
- Develop sales strategies, annual plans and budgets for Brazil and surrounding countries (Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, etc.) to ensure that the company's performance goals are achieved.
- Develop new customers (dealers, group customers, etc.), optimize channel layout, and increase brand market share.
Customer Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain core customer files, visit key customers regularly, provide full-cycle services (pre-sales-sales-after-sales), and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Efficiently handle customer complaints and disputes and maintain the company's brand reputation.
Market Analysis and Competitive Strategy
- In-depth research on Brazilian automobile market trends, policies and regulations, and competitive product dynamics, output analysis reports, and provide data support for headquarters decision-making.
- Identify market opportunities and risks (such as trade barriers, exchange rate fluctuations), and develop targeted response plans.
Team Management and Collaboration
- Lead the local sales team, develop a performance appraisal mechanism, and improve team execution.
- Collaborate across departments (market, finance, products, etc.) to promote product access, registration and localization projects.
Funding and Risk Control
- Supervise accounts receivable management to ensure safe and timely capital recovery.
- Operate in compliance to avoid legal, tax and trade risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, marketing, business administration, automotive engineering and other related majors are preferred.
- More than 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, including more than 3 years of market management experience in Brazil/Latin America, and those with dealer network development and key customer resources are preferred.
- Familiar with Brazilian automotive market policies, consumer preferences and competitive landscape.
- Excellent business negotiation skills and customer relationship management skills, able to independently develop high-value customers.
- Data-driven thinking, good at market analysis and strategic planning.
- Result-oriented, strong ability to withstand pressure, willing to travel frequently (covering Brazil and surrounding countries).
