Category Manager

(foco em Personal Care)
para atuar de forma estratégica na gestão do portfólio, desenvolvimento de fornecedores e análise de mercado.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Definir e implementar estratégias da categoria de matérias-primas.
  • Mapear fornecedores, negociar condições comerciais e acompanhar importações.
  • Analisar mercado, concorrentes e tendências, garantindo competitividade.
  • Apoiar o planejamento de vendas e precificação, assegurando margens e rentabilidade.
  • Fortalecer relacionamento estratégico com fornecedores e áreas internas.

Habilidades requeridas:

  • Formação superior em Administração, Engenharia, Comércio Exterior ou áreas afins.
  • Experiência em gestão de categorias, compras ou áreas comerciais relacionadas a matérias-primas.
  • Conhecimento em importação, precificação e negociação.
  • Inglês avançado; espanhol é diferencial.
  • Forte habilidade de negociação e relacionamento interpessoal.
  • Visão analítica e estratégica orientada a resultados.
