Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Yacht Broker located in Greater Florianopolis. The Yacht Broker will be responsible for managing boat sales transactions, maintaining an extensive client database, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include coordinating boat showings, negotiating prices, handling brokerage documentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the buying or selling process.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Boat, Yachting, and Marine Industry
• Proven skills in Brokerage services
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work on-site in Greater Florianopolis
• Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets
• Knowledge of the local marine market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience
