Job Title:
Android Engineer
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work on high-impact features in the Android app, contributing to all stages of the product development lifecycle—from requirements gathering and implementation to running A/B tests and validating launches.
- Collaborate closely with design, product, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end functionality.
- Implement automated testing to ensure high technical quality and maintainability of developed components.
- Take ownership of the features and components you build, ensuring long-term reliability and performance.
- Continuously learn and grow as an engineer by working with world-class peers on diverse projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Android development and best practices using
Kotlin
and/or
Java
. - 3+ years
of professional Android application development experience, building consumer or business-facing products. - Proven ability to write reliable, maintainable, and scalable code that can be used by other engineers for years to come.
- Hands-on experience with
unit testing
and
integration testing
. - Experience launching and evaluating
A/B experiments
. - Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and incorporate relevant advancements into projects.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
