Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Senior Project Manager
to join our LATAM team. In this role, you will be the "engine" ensuring our marketing projects run smoothly from start to finish. You will act as the main bridge between the client and our internal teams, ensuring clear communication in three languages and flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution:

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns (Digital, Offline, and Events), ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports using project management tools.
  • Coordinate internal cross-functional teams (Creative, Media, Strategy) to ensure everyone has what they need to succeed.
  • Monitor project budgets and resources, flagging any risks or blockers immediately to the leadership team.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for the client, managing expectations and providing regular updates.
  • On-site Presence:
    Work from the client's office in São Paulo once a week to facilitate communication and strengthen the partnership.
  • Lead project status meetings with regional and global stakeholders, ensuring clear communication across Portuguese, English, and Spanish speakers.

Quality & Process:

  • Review creative assets and marketing materials to ensure they meet the client's guidelines and quality standards before delivery.
  • Organize project documentation and ensure all administrative tasks (billing, vendor management) are handled efficiently.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Languages:
    Trilingual proficiency is mandatory
    (Fluent Portuguese, Advanced/Fluent English, and Advanced Spanish). You must be comfortable leading calls in all three.
  • Experience:
    4+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Account Manager, specifically within
    Advertising/Marketing Agencies
    .
  • Location:
    Based in

  • Skills:
    Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech:
    Proficiency with Project Management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, , or similar).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing B2B clients is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision (Senior level autonomy).
  • Ambition to grow and eventually take on larger account responsibilities.
