Business Analyst / Project Manager, are you there?

Hey there We are looking for a hands on Business Analyst / Project Manager to support the Medical Affairs CRM ecosystem of one of the world's largest and most innovative scientific research organizations. This role is focused on Veeva CRM, designed to improve efficiency within Medical Affairs at a global scale.

In your day-to-day, you will
  • Own intake, triage, and prioritization of Medical Affairs CRM requests
  • ​​​​​​Act as the primary liaison between Medical stakeholders and CRM IT support teams
  • Assess feasibility of requests and propose compliant Veeva solutions in real time
  • Define requirements and manage delivery across CRM initiatives
  • Support and optimize Medical Affairs CRM processes within MLR MRC frameworks
  • Manage Veeva modules including Align for territory management, CLM, and approved Medical content
  • Partner with Medical Excellence and Training teams to plan roadmaps and enablement
  • Maintain delivery tracking, documentation, and communication using Asana and Smartsheet
Skills you have
  •  ​​​​​​Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM in a Medical Affairs context
  • Strong understanding of MLR/MRC governed workflows
  • Experience working in regulated pharmaceutical or healthcare environments
  • Proven ability to own intake, requirements, and delivery for CRM initiatives
  • Knowledge of territory management concepts and Veeva Align
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana and Smartsheet
  • Strong Business Analysis skills with the ability to bridge technical and business needs
  • Confident communicator with a vocal, proactive approach to challenging and guiding stakeholders
Skills that will make you stand out
  • Veeva Certification.
  • Experience with the Medical side of the business (MLR/MRC) rather than just Commercial (PRC).
  • Knowledge of Veeva "Digital Assistant" suggestions and CRM modules.
  • Prior experience working in a marketing or content agency setting.
