Sobre o mandato

Estamos conduzindo uma busca confidencial por um CFO, mandatário ter atuado no segmento de serviços profissionais.  Executivo vai liderar a agenda de restruturação da área financeira,  empresa multinacional em expansão. O desafio inclui elevar governança, previsibilidade e rentabilidade, além de apoiar movimentos de crescimento orgânico e inorgânico (M&A).

Principais responsabilidades:

Garantir a saúde financeira das operações, com controle rigoroso de fluxo de caixa, capital de giro e previsibilidade de receitas.

Liderar estratégia fiscal, contábil e tributária, assegurando conformidade regulatória e aproveitamento de incentivos.

Implantar e fortalecer governança financeira, políticas de precificação e transparência em comissionamentos.

Estruturar e acompanhar modelo de custos por produto/projeto, suportando análises de rentabilidade do portfólio.

Atuar em M&A (business cases, ROI, due diligence e integração).

Ser parceiro(a) estratégico(a) da liderança, traduzindo dados financeiros em insights de crescimento e escalabilidade.

Liderar times e estruturas (Finanças, Administrativo, Compras e Facilities), com interface internacional.

Requisitos:

-Sólida experiência executiva em Finanças corporativas: controladoria, contabilidade, FP&A, gestão de caixa e governança.

-Domínio de planejamento tributário e incentivos; atuação com compliance regulatório.

-Histórico em modelagem de custos por produto/projeto, precificação e políticas de comissionamento.

-Vivência em M&A (análise de performance/ROI, due diligence e integração).

-Liderança de times multidisciplinares e interlocução com stakeholders em diferentes geografias.

Idioma 

Inglês avançado; 

Formação

formação em Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas (pós-graduação/MBA é um diferencial).
