As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Responsabilidades / Atividades

  • Analisar a performance operacional das lojas de Retail (supermercados, farmácias, lojas especializadas).

  • Monitorar KPIs operacionais como SLA, fill rate, cancelamentos, substituições, tempo de preparo, rupturas e nível de serviço.

  • Identificar gargalos operacionais e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos.

  • Desenvolver relatórios, dashboards e análises para suporte à tomada de decisão.

  • Trabalhar em parceria com times de Operações, Supply, Comercial, Produto e Customer Experience.

  • Apoiar a implementação e acompanhamento de planos de ação para melhoria de eficiência operacional.

  • Avaliar impactos de mudanças de processo, políticas e ferramentas operacionais.

  • Acompanhar performance de campanhas, sortimento e disponibilidade de produtos.

  • Apoiar projetos de automação, padronização e melhoria contínua.

  • Garantir a execução das estratégias operacionais na base de lojas parceiras.

Requisitos Obrigatórios

  • Formação superior completa em Administração, Engenharia, Logística, Economia, Estatística ou áreas correlatas.

  • Experiência prévia em operações, analytics, planejamento operacional ou áreas correlatas.

  • Forte capacidade analítica e orientação a dados.

  • Excel/Google Sheets nível avançado.

  • Capacidade de estruturar análises e gerar insights acionáveis.

  • Boa comunicação para interação com diferentes áreas e stakeholders.

  • Perfil organizado, proativo e com foco em resolução de problemas.

  • Conhecimento de indicadores operacionais e métricas de performance.

Requisitos Desejáveis / Diferenciais

  • Experiência prévia em marketplace, retail, e-commerce, last mile ou startups.

  • Conhecimento em SQL, Power BI, Looker, Tableau ou ferramentas de BI.

  • Vivência com melhoria contínua, Lean, Six Sigma ou metodologias ágeis.

  • Conhecimento em supply chain e logística urbana.

  • Inglês ou espanhol nível intermediário.

  • Experiência com gestão de parceiros B2B.

  • Mentalidade data-driven e foco em eficiência operacional.
