Como Data Digital Analytics Specialist com perfil versátil para atuar em projetos de diferentes segmentos com sólida experiência em Digital Analytics. Nosso objetivo é construir soluções de dados eficientes, ágeis e seguras, garantindo qualidade e impacto positivo nos negócios.

Essa posição é para atuar de forma Remota.

Responsibilities
  • Configurar e gerenciar ferramentas de digital analytics, como Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, Adjust, Appsflyer, Google Tag Manager e outras relacionadas.
  • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de coleta de dados que suportem decisões de negócios.
  • Participar ativamente de iniciativas de Martech, integrando ferramentas de analytics aos demais sistemas da empresa para otimizar fluxos e processos.
  • Utilizar ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial (IA) para automatizar processos.
  • Realizar auditorias em implementações de tracking e validar a qualidade dos dados capturados.
  • Propor soluções técnicas alinhadas às necessidades do negócio, com visão crítica e orientada a resultados.
  • Oferecer suporte e treinamento para os times internos em relação às melhores práticas de análise de dados.
  • Investigar problemas de tracking e sugerir soluções rápidas e eficientes.
Prerequisites

Requisitos:

  • Experiência Experiência com linguagens de programação como JavaScript para configuração avançada de tags e eventos
  • Prática com Google Analytics 4 ou Amplitude, Adjust ou Appsflyer, e Google Tag Manager.
  • Conhecimento sólido em Martech e sua aplicação em estratégias de negócios.
  • Certificações em ferramentas de Analytics e/ou Martech.
  • Habilidade técnica para configurar e gerenciar tags, eventos e métricas personalizadas.
  • Perfil investigativo, ágil e orientado a soluções, com capacidade de entender rapidamente o cenário e sugerir ações assertivas.
  • Boa comunicação, didática e capacidade de transmitir conhecimento para diferentes públicos.
  • Experiência prática em troubleshooting de implementações e validação de dados.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com análises voltadas para otimização de apps mobile e websites.
  • Experiência prévia com metodologias ágeis e colaboração com times de produto, design e engenharia.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas e fluxos que envolvam Inteligência Artificial.
