Estamos em busca de um(a) Key Account de Pós-Vendas para atuar diretamente com grandes redes de restaurantes. Esse(a) profissional será responsável por desenvolver relacionamentos estratégicos, garantir excelência na operação e impulsionar o crescimento dos parceiros dentro do Rappi.
O desafio vai além de acompanhar KPIs: buscamos alguém que ajude o parceiro a crescer suas vendas, melhorar performance, adotar campanhas comerciais e fidelizar usuários, garantindo uma parceria de longo prazo e alto impacto.
Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?
Ser o ponto focal de relacionamento entre grandes redes de restaurantes e o Rappi após a ativação da parceria.
Criar planos de crescimento customizados para cada rede, maximizando vendas e rentabilidade.
Acompanhar KPIs de performance (GMV, ticket médio, frequência, share de campanha) e propor ações corretivas.
Estruturar e executar planos de mídia, campanhas promocionais e estratégias comerciais em conjunto com o time de Growth.
Realizar reuniões de acompanhamento com stakeholders-chave (diretores, gerentes de expansão e marketing das redes).
Identificar oportunidades de melhoria na operação dos restaurantes dentro da plataforma (gestão de pedidos, tempo de entrega, promoções ativas).
Atuar como consultor(a) estratégico(a), trazendo inteligência de mercado e benchmarks para os parceiros.
Garantir a retenção e expansão do portfólio de redes estratégicas.
