Responsibilities:

 Plan and coordinate field operations across different regions of Brazil, aligning schedules, resources, and local teams;

 Support the implementation of social mobilisation projects, campaigns, and community engagement initiatives;

 Monitor operational indicators (costs, deadlines, safety, local impact);

 Manage agencies, suppliers, and local or external partners for the procurement of necessary services: transport, accommodation, security, catering, cleaning, operational staff, customer service, venue hire, transfers, etc.;

 Ensure compliance with institutional protocols and guidelines during activities;

 Prepare performance reports and operational learnings;

 Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational and logistical processes;

 Work in close interface with the Marketing, Strategy, Legal, HR, and Finance departments.

Requirements:

 University degree (Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Production Management, Project Management, Events, or related fields);

 Previous experience in project and event management;

 Experience coordinating suppliers, partners, and multidisciplinary teams;

 Intermediate level of English;

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office;

 Strong planning, execution, and problem-solving skills;

 Ability to liaise effectively with communities, local leaders, and diverse stakeholders;

 Strong control over deadlines and budgets;

 Organisational skills for planning and execution;

 Customer service experience is desirable but not mandatory;

 Availability for frequent travel.

Responsabilidades e atribuições:

 Planejar e coordenar as operações de campo em diferentes regiões do Brasil, alinhando cronogramas, recursos e equipes locais;

 Apoiar a implementação de projetos de mobilização social, campanhas e ações de engajamento comunitário;

 Monitorar indicadores operacionais (custos, prazos, segurança, impacto local);

 Gerir agências, fornecedores e parceiros locais ou não para contratação de serviços necessários: transporte, hospedagem, segurança, alimentação, limpeza, time operacional, atendimento, locação de espaços, transfer, etc.;

 Garantir o cumprimento de protocolos e diretrizes institucionais durante as ações;

 Elaborar relatórios de desempenho e aprendizados das operações;

 Contribuir com a melhoria contínua dos processos operacionais e logísticos;

 Atuar em interface com as áreas de Marketing, Estratégia, Jurídico, RH e Financeiro.

Requisitos e qualificações:

 Formação superior completa (Comunicação, Relações Públicas, Administração, Gestão de Produção, Gestão de Projetos, Eventos ou áreas correlatas)

 Experiência prévia em gestão de projetos e eventos;

 Vivência em coordenação de fornecedores, parceiros e equipes multidisciplinares.

 Inglês intermediário

 Habilidade com o Pacote Office;

 Boa capacidade de planejamento, execução e resolução de problemas;

 Habilidade de relacionamento com comunidades, lideranças locais e stakeholders diversos;

 Controle de prazos e orçamentos;

 Organização para planejamento e execução;

 Experiência com atendimento ao cliente é desejável, mas não obrigatório;

 Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes.
