Senior Technical Product Manager
para liderar a evolução técnica e estratégica de uma plataforma de
Teleconsulta
em plena expansão. Se você é apaixonado(a) por produtos digitais, arquitetura, integrações complexas e impacto real na saúde, essa vaga é para você

O que buscamos

Experiência sólida (7+ anos) em gestão técnica de produto (TPM, PM técnico ou PO técnico).

Vivência com arquitetura de sistemas e microsserviços (APIs REST, RabbitMQ, cache, sockets, autenticação).

Experiência em integrações complexas e interoperabilidade em saúde (HL7, FHIR, RNDS, e-SUS, SISREG).

Conhecimento em cloud (GCP/Azure/AWS), Docker/Kubernetes e alta disponibilidade.

Capacidade de gestão de fornecedores técnicos e negociação de SLAs.

Noções de Data & Analytics (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude).

Familiaridade com UX técnico, Design System e segurança da informação (LGPD, 2FA).

Inglês avançado para leitura de documentação e contato com parceiros internacionais.

Principais responsabilidades

Liderar a evolução técnica e estratégica da plataforma de Teleconsulta.

Garantir escalabilidade, segurança e desempenho do produto.

Coordenar fornecedores técnicos (vídeo, chat, mensageria, prescrição digital).

Manter e evoluir integrações nacionais e estaduais (RNDS, e-SUS, SISREG).

Apoiar a modularização da plataforma com APIs e módulos plug-and-play.

Impulsionar novas funcionalidades, como biometria facial, onboarding digital e IA aplicada à saúde.

Acompanhar métricas de produto (MAU, NPS, churn, throughput).
