Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced
Cloud & Network Support Engineer Tech Lead (Level 2)
to lead technical support operations and guide a team in Brasília. This role is suited for highly skilled professionals with strong expertise in cloud platforms, networking, and operating systems, who can take ownership of escalated incidents, provide advanced troubleshooting, and ensure optimal system performance.

As a
Tech Lead
, you will not only resolve complex issues but also mentor team members, improve operational workflows, and collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to implement robust, scalable, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate Level 2 support operations, ensuring timely and high-quality incident resolution.
  • Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated tickets from Level 1 support.
  • Provide advanced technical expertise in cloud platforms, networking, and operating systems.
  • Collaborate with Level 3 engineers and architecture teams for deep-dive problem resolution and system optimization.
  • Design and improve technical workflows, support processes, and operational documentation.
  • Drive system integration initiatives across multiple platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Provide strategic input and best practice recommendations for cloud and network architecture.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers in technical problem-solving.
  • Work flexible or non-standard hours when required to ensure service continuity.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong experience with
    Kubernetes
    and container orchestration.
  • Advanced
    networking fundamentals
    (switches, routing, protocols).
  • Istio (Service Mesh)
    fundamentals.
  • Linux administration
    : OS management, network configuration, troubleshooting.
  • Hardware handling
    : ILO, OOB interfaces, cabling.
  • Windows systems
    : AD, ADFS, Hyper-V, DSC, GPOs.
  • Advanced networking:
    Cisco switches console access
    , overlays (VxLAN, eVPN).
  • Network segmentation and routing protocols:
    VRFs, OSPF, LLDP, BGP
    .
