About De Role
We are looking for a Financial Business Partner to join our dynamic Flutter Brazil environment.

In this role, you will be an integral part of the Finance team, driving financial analysis, modeling, and reporting to support and influence strategic and operational decisions in close collaboration with the senior leadership of the Marketing and Commercial teams.

Responsibilities And Attributions
Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Conduct profitability, margin, and financial performance analyses.
  • Evaluate actual financial results versus planned (budget/forecast).
  • Develop financial models to support strategic decisions.
  • Update periodic forecasts based on the latest data.
  • Support operational and strategic decisions with financial data and analysis.
  • Develop dashboards and performance reports.
  • Drive efficiencies in processes, automating and innovating where possible.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis in an accurate and timely manner.

Requisites And Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced English.
  • Bachelor's degree with a specialization.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Clear and objective communication.
  • Business acumen.
  • Solid knowledge of financial strategy.

Work Location:
São Paulo/SP (Hybrid)
