Sobre a vaga
Cargo:
Quality Engineering
Tempo de contrato: 12 meses (Com possibilidade de renovação)
Modalidade de contratação: CLT
Modalidade de trabalho: 2 dias Presenciais / 3 dias Remotos - (Cliente localizado no centro de São Paulo, Campos Elíseos)
Horário de trabalho: Seg a Sex das 09h ás 18h.
O que você precisa ter:
- Experiência avançada em automação de testes front-end, incluindo web e apps nativos.
- Domínio de Playwright (JavaScript) e Robot Framework (Python).
- Experiência com ferramentas de gerenciamento de casos de teste (preferencialmente X-ray).
- Conhecimento em pipelines CI/CD, especialmente Argo CD, e deploy em EKS / Kubernetes.
- Conhecimento em BDD.
- Vivência com testes de performance e ferramentas como K6 ou JMeter.
- Familiaridade com observabilidade, logs e monitoramento (OpenSearch, Dynatrace, ou equivalentes).
- Capacidade de lidar com dados de teste, mocks e ambientes dinâmicos.
- Mentalidade de engenharia focada em qualidade como prática contínua.
Desejáveis:
- Experiência prévia em Design System ou projetos cross-canais.
- Conhecimento em monitoramento/observabilidade (ex.: Dynatrace, OpenSearch).
- Certificação ISTQB Foundation ou similares.
- Vivência em ambientes complexos de grandes empresas (seguros, bancos, telecom, etc.).
Atividades a serem desenvolvidas
- Atuar com foco em automação e qualidade do Design System (web e mobile).
- Planejar cobertura técnica com foco em performance, segurança e estabilidade.
- Gerenciar pipelines de CI/CD, integrando execuções automatizadas nos fluxos de entrega contínua.
- Administrar dados de teste e ambientes, incluindo geração de dados sintéticos, uso de mocks/stubs e provisionamento automatizado.
- Executar testes não funcionais, como performance, carga e stress (ex.:K6, JMeter), além de trabalhar com observabilidade e monitoramento(ex.: OpenSearch, Dynatrace).
- Atuar na análise contínua e suporte à qualidade técnica, mitigando débitos técnicos relacionados à testabilidade.
- Trabalhar próximo ao coordenador e squads, garantindo alinhamento técnico e de negócio.
- Reportar bugs, riscos e apoiar homologações junto ao PO/stakeholders.
- Promover cultura de qualidade em todo o ciclo de desenvolvimento, do planejamento à entrega.
- Atuar com proatividade, buscando informações em documentação (Confluence) e propondo melhorias contínuas.
