We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Tester to join our quality assurance team for a large-scale digital transformation project. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of a integration hub. As a Mid-Level Tester, you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test strategies, automating test cases, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute comprehensive test plans for integration hubs, APIs, and mobile interfaces connecting essential applications.

Develop and maintain automated test suites utilizing modern testing frameworks and tools tailored for API-centric environments.

Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing for workflows involving data extraction and integration from relational databases, files, XLSX, and CSV text files.

Test multi-language functionality (Portuguese-BR, Spanish-LATAM, English) and localization features across integrated systems.

Validate complex data transformations, calculations, and business logic across different integration points.

Execute API testing for RESTful services and HTTP APIs, validating JSON data handling using tools like Postman or Insomnia.

Perform cross-browser testing and mobile responsiveness validation across multiple devices for web-based integration interfaces.

Test user authentication flows, role-based access controls, and security features in the context of integrated applications.

Validate document upload, storage, and retrieval functionality with various file formats within the integration hub.

Test data export functionality and report generation across all connected applications and services.

Execute performance testing to ensure the integration hub meets SLA requirements.

Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking systems while collaborating with developers to resolve issues efficiently.

Participate in test case reviews and contribute to overall test strategy planning, focusing on integration aspects.

Validate compliance requirements and regulatory features for standards relevant to the pharmaceutical industry in integrated systems.

Support user acceptance testing and coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure requirements are met across all integrated applications.

Maintain test documentation and contribute to quality metrics reporting, emphasizing integration hub performance.

Requirements:

Experience with web applications and API testing

Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and test case design techniques

Experience with automated testing tools (Robot, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar)

Knowledge in API testing using tools like Postman, Insomnia, or REST Assured

Understanding of different testing types (functional, integration, regression, performance)

Experience with bug tracking and test management tools

Knowledge of SQL for database testing and data validation

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution

Familiarity with ETL process, REST APIs and HTTP APIs for better test automation

Knowledge of performance testing concepts and basic load testing

Understanding of security testing principles and common vulnerabilities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication skills for defect reporting and stakeholder collaboration

Ability to work in Agile environments and participate in sprint ceremonies

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with medical and pharmaceutical services applications

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines deployment strategies

Experience with GIT versioning control
