Buscamos um(a) profissional que será responsável por fazer a gestão do time de UI/UX e Business Requirement tanto no aspecto funcional quanto técnico. Fará a coordenação de um time de suporte à equipe de desenvolvimento de software e terá interface com gestores e product owners no Brasil e no exterior

Soft Skills

  • Experiência comprovada em gestão de pessoas incluindo feedbacks periódicos, processos de contratação, avaliação de desempenho, acompanhamento de carreira, mentoria e planejamento estratégico do time frente aos desafios do negócio
  • Experiência em gestão de times multifuncionais que possuem interface com times fora do país
  • Boas competências em comunicação e negociação tanto em português quanto ingles
  • Experiência em trabalhar com times de outras culturas
  • Inglês avançado para conversação

Hard Skills

  • Conhecimentos em Ciclo de Desenvolvimento de Software
  • Conhecimentos em Design Thinking, jornada do usuário
  • Conhecimentos em Atlassian Jira e Confluence
  • Experiência em Desenvolvimento Ágil
  • Profundos conhecimentos das melhores práticas de UI/UX em software
  • Conhecimentos em coleta, definição e gestão de Business Requirement

Requisitos

  • Superior completo
  • Experiência com UX / UI / Design System
  • Atuação modelo Híbrido (3x escritório, 2x Home office)
