Your Responsibilities:
Schedule and conduct structured intake interviews with new clients.
Gather essential clinical and personal information for our specialists.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients referred by doctors and lawyers.
Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with confidentiality regulations.
Collaborate with clinical staff for case assignment and referrals.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or related field.
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and scheduling software.
