The Role

As a Junior Legal Analyst, you will be a key member of the SBX Legal Team, supporting Sandbox's global brands with legal advisory services across multiple jurisdictions. You will collaborate with both national and international teams, providing corporate legal support on a wide range of topics including contracts, litigation, intellectual property, data protection, compliance, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to Sandbox's companies on matters such as business development, consumer rights, employment, marketing, contractual law, and sector-specific regulations.
• Draft and review contracts, terms of service, policies, and corporate documents.
• Monitor and support litigation proceedings.
• Collaborate with international teams and the London Legal Team to ensure globally aligned legal services.
• Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of compliance and legal department processes.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Postgraduate studies (ongoing or completed) are a plus.
• License to practice law in Brazil.
• Data protection certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
• In-house or internship experience is a plus.
• Strong legal writing and research skills.
• Familiarity with document management tools (Google Drive, Microsoft Office).
• Experience with legal technology and systems.
• Netlex and OneTrust familiarity are a plus.
• Ability to deliver creative, thoughtful, and business-oriented legal solutions.
• Willingness to learn new areas of law in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Highly collaborative and supportive mindset.
