About the role

We are looking for a Promo Planner to coordinate the creation, production, and broadcast of promotional, institutional, and commercial spots for the channel, ensuring clarity, editorial alignment, and technical quality.

• Coordinate the creation, scripting, and finalization of promotional, institutional, and commercial spots
• Supervise scripts and pieces, ensuring clarity, technical quality, and editorial consistency
• Maintain an updated inventory of promotional, commercial, institutional, and filler spots (governmental and internal)
• Work in partnership with Programming, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure coherence between content strategy and audience communication
• Monitor deadlines, performance, and engagement of promos, proposing adjustments when necessary

• Previous experience in planning and producing promos for TV or digital media
• Knowledge of scripting, promotional language, and post-production processes
• Strong organizational skills to manage timelines and workflows
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate across different teams (Programming, Marketing, and Production)
• Attention to detail, creativity, and strategic vision for audience communication
