Milacron is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Campinas, SP, Brazil to assist with a variety of administrative duties and international trade-related tasks.

Work You'll Do:

  • Performs system data entry in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Issuance of invoices and DANFEs related to import/export and local sales, ensuring correct procedures are followed
  • Responsible for bank transactions (national and international), accounts payable/receivable, collections tasks
  • Interface with accounting firm, reconciliation of accounting data in ERP system and upload of supporting documents
  • Ensure that transaction entry verification procedures are followed using existing procedures and analyzing information to solve problems
