that's shaping the future of digital products, AI, and SaaS businesses. This venture studio has rapidly become one of the fastest-growing ecosystems in the U.S., offering a range of high-ticket products and services from $1,000 to $100,000+, with a steady flow of highly qualified inbound leads.
About the Role:
The
Sales Manager
will act as the architect of sales processes, enabling ventures to progress from early validation to sustainable scale. Your mission is to drive predictable revenue growth by building and leading high-performing sales teams, implementing scalable sales systems, and ensuring a smooth handoff once repeatable traction is achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Team Building & Training
: Recruit, hire, and onboard SDRs and Closers for studio projects. Develop training materials (playbooks, scripts, demo decks). - Sales System Design
: Design sales scripts, CRM workflows, funnel templates, and outreach sequences. Build scalable sales pipeline structures (SDR → Closer → CRM → Deal Stages). - Stage-Specific Sales Execution
: Lead sales efforts in the early stage, validate messaging, and close first deals. Onboard and lead teams as the sales pipeline matures. - Performance Leadership
: Conduct sales reviews, monitor conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and ROAS. Hold the team accountable for MoM growth. - Cross-Venture Collaboration
: Share best practices and support marketing in aligning campaigns with sales goals to maximize ROAS.
What We're Looking For:
- 4–8+ years in B2B or B2C sales (startup or high-growth company preferred)
- Proven track record of personally closing deals and consistently hitting revenue targets
- Hands-on experience building sales processes from scratch
- Leadership experience while still actively selling and coaching teams in real time
- Strong understanding of customer pain points and evolving product offerings
- Comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets, dashboards, and tracking startup metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates)
- Clear communication with leadership, able to translate vision into actionable sales strategy
- High energy, resilient, and results-driven with a willingness to wear multiple hats
