Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a UX Designer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client is a multinational cybersecurity software company.

The role is dedicated to a specific 3-month collaboration/project with the possibility of extension and will focus on delivering high-impact deliverables directly connected to business growth. It is a high-visibility opportunity on a global consumer security product, offering contractors quality materials for their portfolios and the chance to work with a big company and a fun team for real business impact. You'll be required to come into the Prague office when needed (hybrid/on-site preferred over fully remote, but open if the candidate is a great match).

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience with product design and especially design systems.
• A portfolio (website, PDF, etc.) that demonstrates UX/UI design with a clear focus on putting the user at the centre of design decisions.
• Knowledge of and interest in UX and Interactive Design.
• Technical ability to help collaborate with development teams.
• Knowledge of industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Miro).
• Have an open communication style and be comfortable writing and speaking English with designers and colleagues across other functions.
• Organized individual, laser-focused on business outcomes (and not outputs).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate closely with the Product Owners, UXD team, and development teams to transform designs into consistent, modern, branded, and user-centred solutions.
• Work with the UXD team to create components, organize, and define the use of elements in the design system.
• Operate with the design system across desktop apps and website pages.
• Where necessary, cooperate with other designers on specific product features.
