Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional para atuar no atendimento e suporte administrativo, sendo a primeira impressão da empresa para clientes e parceiros. Essa pessoa terá papel essencial na organização da rotina dos gestores e no bom funcionamento do escritório.

Atividades a serem desenvolvidas:

  • Realizar atendimento presencial e telefônico de clientes com cordialidade e eficiência;

  • Oferecer suporte a clientes internos e externos, garantindo agilidade e qualidade no atendimento;

  • Organizar e acompanhar a agenda de Diretores e Gestores;

  • Gerenciar o uso das salas de reunião, bem como organizar lanches e recepções quando necessário;

  • Atualizar e manter cadastros de clientes no sistema da empresa;

  • Apoiar atividades administrativas diversas sempre que solicitado.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino médio completo (cursos em atendimento ao cliente, administração ou gestão serão considerados diferenciais);

  • Paciência, discrição e autonomia;

  • Boa comunicação e habilidade de relacionamento Interpessoal, trabalho em equipe, organização, gestão de tempo e atenção a detalhes;

  • Conhecimento em pacote Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) e facilidade em lidar com sistemas;

  • Capacidade de identificar demandas e propor soluções.
