Our client is currently leading an SAP Implementation and is in need of a Organizational Change Manager (OCM) for this initiative. This is a great opportunity for OCM Consultants looking to gain global implementation experience in OCM space. This role is onsite and 6 months contract to begin with strong chance of extension.

Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead as Change Manager for SAP Implementation and ensure all Change Management mandates are effectively executed
  • Assess, track, report and support OCM competencies across the company and deliver relevant training (when necessary), execute change interventions and tactics


Requirements

Must haves:
  • Bachelor/University degree in relevant discipline
  • 2+ years relevant experience in OCM capacity (ideally handling SAP Implementation such as Success Factor)
  • Must currently reside in Brazil and be open to coming to the office (hybrid office model)
  • Bilingual (Portuguese and English)

Nice to haves:
  • Transportation/Logistics industry experience
