Job Description

Sobre o time: O(A) candidato(a) ideal será responsável por analisar, criar, implementar e monitorar processos de vendas, além de gerenciar a plataforma Salesforce e garantir a integração com outros sistemas, como o SAP. Este profissional terá um papel crucial na melhoria contínua de nossos processos, relatórios e rotinas de vendas, colaborando diretamente com as equipes comerciais para alcançar os objetivos de negócios.

O que você vai encontrar sendo um(a) Analista de Projetos Sênior - Business Process

  • Análise e Melhoria de Processos;
  • Gestão do Salesforce;
  • Desenvolver e implementar novos processos de vendas, desde a concepção até o treinamento das equipes comerciais;
  • Acompanhamento de Resultados de vendas;
  • Integração do Salesforce com outros sistemas, como o SAP;
  • Melhoria de Relatórios;
  • Controles e Rotinas de Vendas;
  • Suporte às Equipes de Vendas da América do Sul.

O seu perfil sendo um(a) Analista de Projetos Sênior - Business Process

  • Formação: Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Inglês fluente (oral e escrito);
  • Experiência em análise e melhoria de processos de negócios;
  • Domínio da plataforma Salesforce (Sales Cloud);
  • Conhecimento do sistema SAP;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de análise de dados e relatórios;
  • Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel e power point;
  • Diferencial Espanhol fluente (oral e escrito);
  • Diferencial Certificações Salesforce;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação no formato híbrido em Itu/SP.
