You'll make an impact by

• Lead the design and implementation of sophisticated marketing automation strategies using Microsoft Office 365 Power Automation (Marketing Operations)
• Develop AI-assisted content creation workflows, utilizing platforms like to streamline and enhance our creative processes
• Lead process improvement initiatives, transforming bespoke solutions into scalable, repeatable workflows across our global marketing operations
• Architect and optimize our marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration, API access to native systems and multilingual capabilities
• Manage and analyze marketing data within our Snowflake data lake, deriving actionable insights to drive campaign performance with visualization through Power Business Intelligence.

This Is How You'll Win Us Over

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, data science, or related field.

• Experience & Skills

• Several years of experience in marketing or development operations or a similar technical role.

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Power Automation platform.
• Expertise in AI-assisted content creation tools and workflow development with a proven portfolio, ideally or similar, which moves past simple prompting to automation and enrichment to enable scalable marketing operations.
• Experience in process improvement and scaling operations in a global context.
• Solid understanding of data management principles and extensive experience with data lake systems like Snowflake.
• Advanced knowledge of API integrations, cybersecurity best practices as well as advanced programming portfolio with multiple language proficiency.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, highly organized with a methodical mindset, and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a multilingual, multicultural, fully digital environment.

• Languages: Fluency in English required, additional language skills highly desired.
