We specialize in the 100% organic cultivation and processing of Ganoderma lucidum, which serves as the core ingredient for our product portfolio, including functional coffees, supplements, and personal care items. Following our global expansion, DXN is now establishing its operations in Brazil, bringing our high-quality organic products and proven business model to the local market.
To support the continuous expansion of our product portfolio and ensure strict adherence to local standards, we are seeking a qualified professional to lead our regulatory and quality processes. We are hiring a: Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance Executive
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate new product and ingredient registration processes with Brazilian regulatory authorities (ANVISA, MAPA, and other relevant agencies), ensuring timely submissions, compliance with all regulatory requirements, and proper documentation throughout each stage of the process;
Monitor and follow up on the progress of registration procedures and renewals;
Evaluate and review product labeling and packaging to ensure compliance with local laws and DXN global standards;
Translate labels, agreements, and other product-related documents from English to Portuguese when necessary.
Handle and maintain OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) contracts, label, product registration and ensure proper documentation;
Manage and renew licenses and certifications for the branch and products as required by authorities;
Handle product-related complaints from customers and members, including issues from other competent authorities;
Investigate, document, and provide corrective and preventive action plans;
Ensure all products comply with legal, safety, company & Brazilian standards;
Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes;
Perform Quality Assurance on containers received from shipments and OEM suppliers;
Conduct self-inspections of internal warehouse facilities;
Provide regular training to warehouse staff on product handling, storage and safety protocols;
Manage and evaluate product recall procedures, ensuring timely coordination with relevant authorities and HQ;
Stay updated on new or amended Brazilian regulations affecting product compliance;
Ensure timely implementation of regulatory changes within the company & Country;
Communicate and coordinate regularly with DXN Malaysia HQ regarding product documentation , registration progress, and compliance requirements;
Monitor shipments and follow up on submissions to ANVISA and MAPA;
Ensure proper control and filing of all shipment-related documentation.
Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform other related tasks, which may be assigned from time to time;
Assist in events organized by the company.
Qualification or Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Technology, or related field;
- Experience in product registration, quality assurance, or regulatory affairs (preferably in the food, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical industry);
- Knowledge of ANVISA and MAPA regulations;
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Strong communication and documentation skills in Portuguese and English;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
