What You'll Do

As an Intelligence Operations Analyst, your charter is to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth and success. To do this, you will create and maintain data processes and dashboards that effectively capture and organize relevant information, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Ultimately, your expertise will drive operational efficiency and foster data driven decision making throughout the organization.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Growth Intelligence Operations Director.

Responsibility

• Develop and maintain key dashboards for business teams to understand performance and trends
• Implement optimizations to data models and dashboards in alignment with evolving business needs
• Work with the team to create data solutions that service the broader organization in a scalable fashion
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and enable data-driven decision-making
• Provide enablement to customers of the team's data products to increase utilization and single source of truth alignment
• Routinely interact with cross-functional partners and stakeholders and demonstrate abilities to effectively influence without authority
• Generate new ideas, deliverables, or ways of working that can bring benefits to multiple team members

Job Designation

Hybrid:

Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What You Bring

Basic

• 2+ years of experience overall
• 2+ years of experience in data management, BI development, or related roles
• 2+ years of experience with Tableau and creation of complex dashboards
• BS/BA degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field
• Experience in SQL with understanding of stored procedures, tasks, views, joins, CTEs, etc.

Preferred

• Experience with DTB and/or Python
• Knowledge of SaaS business metrics across sales and ecommerce functions
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Zuora, Eloqua, Iterable data systems
• Proven track-record in fast paced environments
