Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Talent Management Manager to join our Human Resources team. This professional will be responsible for supporting the management and implementation of learning activities, organizational climate & cultural surveys, regional talent management and performance management. We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a clear focus on solutions.
Key Job Responsabilities
- Conduct data analysis and create tailored training projects.
 - Assess improvement opportunities in Latin America and design efficient and effective solutions.
 - Analyze Organizational Climate & Culture survey results, propose and implement projects aligned to Samsung regional HR Strategy.
 - Manage and coordinate programs related to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).
 - Support the performance management process by analyzing regional data and designing process to manage our core talents across the region.
 - Utilize advanced Excel tools for data analysis and performance reporting.
 
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
 - Proven experience in training and development, talent management, D&I, organizational culture and climate, or performance management (at least one of these areas).
 - Analytical ability to interpret data and develop training projects.
 - Interpersonal communication skills to build relationships and collaborate with different teams.
 - Proactive and solution-focused problem-solving abilities.
 - Organizational and logical thinking to structure programs and processes.
 - Ambition and desire for professional growth.
 - Advanced Excel proficiency.
 - Fluent in English (mandatory).
 - Spanish proficiency (desirable).
