Talent Acquisition Analyst I - TESTE

The Samsung Electronics team is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Analyst I to join our dynamic organization. As a Senior-level professional, you will play a crucial role in shaping our talent acquisition strategies and driving the recruitment of top-tier talent to support our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor intelligence, and candidate data to identify and attract the best-fit candidates.
  • Implement innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies to build a diverse pipeline of qualified talent.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate fit and potential.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize the recruitment process.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's culture, values, and job requirements to effectively represent the brand.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and HR policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Requisitos:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR consulting.
  • Proficient in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR technology tools.
  • Passion for talent management and a commitment to continuous improvement.
