Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Part-Time Virtual Assistant with a background in science, medical studies, or healthcare support. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze radiographic images (x-rays), compile digital image sets, and prepare structured notes to assist our doctors.

This is not a diagnostic role — your work will focus on supporting efficiency by organizing, documenting, and preparing findings so doctors can spend more time with patients.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze radiographic images (x-rays) and provide clear notes/observations
  • Stitch and compile multiple x-rays into digital sets using computer tools
  • Organize and prepare reports/notes for doctor review
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain strict confidentiality
  • Support medical administrative tasks related to imaging and documentation

Qualifications

  • Experience analyzing or reviewing x-rays/radiographic images (required)
  • Ability to stitch/compile images digitally using computer software (required)
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and patient data confidentiality (required)
  • Strong attention to detail — accuracy is critical in this role
  • Background in science, medical studies, or healthcare support (preferred)
  • Excellent organizational and written communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely

Schedule & Pay

  • Hours: 20 hours per week (5 hours/day, 4 days/week)
  • Pay: Flat base pay of $300/month
