  • We are seeking a motivated IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full sourcing cycle from identifying qualified candidates to coordinating interviews and follow-ups. You will use a variety of channels and tools to attract top talent and support our company's growth within the IT industry.

  • Responsibilities: Engage in all aspects of the sourcing process: sourcing specialists, conducting pre-screening, and coordinating subsequent stages

  • Utilize contact databases and analyze resumes
  • Utilize various channels to attract talent

  • Monitor and analyze the labor market

  • Requirements: Interest in IT recruitment and motivation to grow in talent sourcing

  • General knowledge in sourcing techniques, channels and tools. Proactive approach and curiosity to explore new alternatives
  • Strong research skills
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, candidates, and follow-ups

  • Good spoken English

  • Nice to have: Previous experience in recruitment, HR, customer service, or similar

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn or other professional social networks.
  • Experience in the IT industry
  • Social activity in tech communities
