Job Description – Customer Success Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a
Customer Success Manager (CSM)
to join our team in Brazil. This position will play a key role in supporting and engaging large strategic clients in the agribusiness industry, ensuring adoption, value generation, and long-term success with the SeeTree platform.
The CSM will act as a trusted advisor, connecting customers with SeeTree's technology, data insights, and best practices, while serving as the main bridge between internal teams and customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the
primary point of contact
for strategic customers, building trustful and long-lasting relationships at operational, managerial, and executive levels. - Ensure
engagement and full adoption
of SeeTree's platform modules. - Train and support customer teams.
- Monitor
customer success KPIs
(adoption rates, productivity, ROI, satisfaction) and design action plans to drive continuous improvement. - Anticipate risks
related to adoption or churn, providing solutions and mitigating challenges proactively. - Collaborate closely with
Product, Operations, and Support teams
, ensuring customer priorities are addressed effectively. - Identify and support
expansion opportunities
, aligning customer needs with SeeTree's solutions. - Prepare and lead
executive meetings and business reviews
, presenting results, insights, and next steps.
Requirements
- Proven experience in
Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or Project Management
(preferably in agtech, agribusiness, or SaaS). - Strong
analytical skills
and ability to interpret data and reports to drive decision-making. - Excellent communication and presentation skills in
Portuguese and English (mandatory)
; Spanish is a plus. - Proactive, collaborative, and
results-driven profile
, with strong problem-solving abilities. - Willingness to
travel to field locations and attend customer meetings
across Brazil.
